Doors between House and Extension

Hi, Stupid question here but just want to check. House has old-ish double doors between the house and the extension. I'd like to replace them with something that would help retain the heat more. Or anything just a bit more modern. Would it be door companies that could do this, or is it a bit more specialised?

if you want it for heat retention (so we're assuming that the granny flat will not be used often and will be quite colder than the house?) then you can install external doors .
