Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do the RSA send an acknowledgment of the request for test? Something like this might be enough to get it renewed. There must be 1000’s in your situation so hopefully they can facilitate you.

Once you're on the waiting list then you'll be fine for renewing. Last time I renewed I didn't even need to show them proof I was on the waiting list. They just looked up my driver number and saw I was on the waiting list.
