Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Opinion on Compliance of building regs

    Hi,

We're in process of buying a house, and our solicitor has said we need an opinion on compliance with building regulations and that this is needed for the house sale to go through. overall process has been slow and we are willing to pay for this to get the sale through this side of Christmas (although this is looking unlikely now!)

Does anyone know how long this can take? Can it be done quickly in a week or so? or is it a month long thing?

I feel like we're going in circles!!

    Thanks

I had to get one done on my own home recently and it was done in a few days. I didn't arrange it, the solicitor passed my info on to someone, they rang me to arrange access a day or two later and it was done.
