What if the electricity and utilities in Ukraine are totally incapacitated by Russia in the coming weeks and months and the Russians have a successful offensive such that tens of millions flood into the EU and consequently hundreds of thousands more Ukrainian refugees come to Ireland? Just where will they go and how will we cope?
This is not pie in the sky stuff; it looks increasingly likely from any kind of logical analysis of the situation.
