Bord Gais - usage report download failure

     i get my electricity from Bord Gais.

    I specifically moved to Bord Gais as they had the ability for me to download a report of my usage so I could make my own comparisons over time. The website graphs are not very useful.

    The download feature suddenly stopped working a few months ago. Now when I try to download it, I get an error message saying "Something went wrong. There was an error retrieving your usage. Please try again later."

    I have tried on multiple devices myself and have asked other people to try on my behalf and we all face the same problem.

    I have contacted support again and again and they keep fobbing me off with the same questions such as can you try different a device or browser.

    Do I have any recourse against BG? I ideally want this issue resolved.
