Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hume was completely reckless, he'd no control of himself to make a safe tackle - just ran upright head first into Ringrose's and flapped his arms at the last second.

We ask for consistency with refs and it might have taken it going to a panel but they ended up where both tackles ended up in the same punishment, which only makes sense.

No problem with reds for all head contact if that is the direction we're going but when you get into the grey area of taking minimal mitigation for one but not they other it becomes a mess. It is hard to do across different weeks, refs, and even competitions but within a game it should be doable. If a ref gets it wrong then reverses like this should happen or the other player's sanction gets increased.

Using TAS as support for something, it's really not something that you should be doing.

If what ever muppet put that together, can’t see the difference between the two incidents. They should really give up watching rugby, because they’re clearly totally and utterly clueless. Certainly no Erasmus of the game of rugby.

Where's all the incredulity in here this week about Andy Warwick's incident yesterday on Manu Tuilagi not even deemed a penalty? How come that doesn't demonstrate World Rugby not caring about player's welfare etc?

He had significantly less mitigating factors than Healy; in Healy's case Stewart came around the corner at speed. In Warwick's case, he could see Manu coming from around 30m away and was still effectively standing upright when he makes the hit. Upright enough that Warwick who is barely 5ft 10 catches the 6ft 1in Tuilagi square in the mouth.
