DJI Care Refresh Replacement

I crashed my Air 2S over the weekend and shipped my drone to DJI in the Netherlands last night using their shipping label. Just wondering if anyone else has claimed a replacement through DJI Care Refresh? How long does it take and did anyone have any circumstances where their claim was refused?
