    Hi all,

    Just wondering what are the typical steps with the local authority home loan when you have had an offer accepted on a property?

    I know you need to resubmit documents plus a declaration of unchanged circumstances, which goes before the Credit Committee again for final approval.

    If approved, what are the next steps? Do you need further approvals from the Credit Committee?

    Hi we got AIP for the LAHL 4 weeks ago, resubmitted payslips and mortgage protection sent forms to my partner last week, we have a solicitor, what are the next steps and what do they ask for at drawdown do you know please? Wer with south dublin county council, thanks
