These new rules that have been introduced to try and move rental property off AirBnB etc into the long term let market - how do they impact holiday cottages outside DUblin? I have a family house in DOnegal that we let out for some weeks of the year through an agency and it is not clear to me based on what I read if I am impacted or not. We are not in a RPZ, so does that mean they don't impact us?
