Thanks for replies everybody I thought as much but my niece got one last week off DPD I think for some coat she ordered and had to pay €70 or something before they would deliver parcel and it was a genuine one.
I’ll try and get it and post it here as they were thinking it was a scam but it was genuine.

It was a dress I think , sister said it ended up a costly dress .
