How to clean salt off tarmac?

The bin men got stuck on a hill outside my house this morning. They poured rock salt on my drive to get the truck out. I'm worried the salt will damage the tarmac (Stone mastic ashphalt) so I'm wondering if there is a way to clean the salt off.

Something like this product should neutralise the salt.
