Argh, between one thing and another we didn’t decide what we’re having for Christmas dinner until today and now I’m worried that I won’t be able to get my hands on the main ingredient, being free range duck legs.
My usual butcher and any other decent ones I could think of are finished taking orders for Christmas or are out of stock. Can do Dublin, Laois and anywhere in between.
Any ideas?
