Have long said that he's not at the standard for Leinster, even at third choice. Was very puzzling to see him return to Leinster, assume it was driven by lack of progress in Patterson etc. Even still would much prefer to see Foley today (if he's fit), or Luke.

I don't understand Busby's interpretation of the hands forcing a knock on from the opposition 9. Munster were penalised for it, but it looked like they did the exact thing the phase before and it was play on.

Joe McCarthy is having a big game. Lots of physicality and whilst he gave away a penalty, he did everything right until he got through to the 9. Huge counterruck through the Munster breakdown and slowed their ball to a crawl.

That's a fair comment, a lot of times there are hands all over him as he's picking the ball up.

Munster’s kick strategy is very questionable. Getting the 10 to kick high down the centre of the field is risky, if the kick is too long the counter is on for Leinster. It is also a harder kick to chase. Would much prefer kick from 9 down the tram lines.

Munster’s backrow playing very well and are on top scrum time.
