AIB lodging a cheque

I wanted to lodge a cheque into my own bank account. I was wondering can I do it at any AIB branch on one of their machines or does it have to be at my own local branch where my account is registered?

My AIB account is with the Grafton St. branch but I can lodge cheques in my local Bray branch no problem.

Any branch.
And I think any An Post office, provides you have a debit cars to swipe to identify your account.
