Eir mobile not answering 3 mobile calls??

    Hi, have an eir mobile that answers calls from everyone but 3 mobile numbers. When a call from a 3 number rings and you answer you hear nothing and call ends after 2/3 seconds. You can call the person back without issue.

    Anyone any idea what is causing this?? Thanks.

    It sounds like 3 are not routing calls correctly for your number, it is common enough after porting a number from one network to another where one of the operators fail to receive the update, it can happen also without a port for whatever reason.


    Reach out to eir and advise them you cannot receive calls from 3 customers, a ticket will be raised and the team responsible for call routing will reach out to 3 to fix it.
