    So the problem people had wasn’t ‘inequality’… it was women were earning less then men…

    if ‘inequality’ is the problem then the ‘exact’ same cohort should be absolutely as vocal, as determined in standing firm against any and all discrimination and inequality….

    Shush! That undermines the basic narrative of the gender pay gap. I.e. “men are paid more than women”. Yet if you scratch the surface of the data, men are being paid more a higher levels, and the big question is why women aren’t reaching those higher levels , or staying in the workforce that long.
