It’s have me driven Crazy ! Signal Strength between 70-80 and Quality 90 but breaking up non stop , may work for an hour or two and start the process again ! might be time to get a new box from them or is there any magic that I can try to help sort it out .

We had a similar problem and turned out to be birds sitting on the satellite, you could look at to get it repositioned, they do it for free.
