Hi guys, my wife lost her job due to covid and was put on PUP. This was automatically changed to JSB in 2022 and now they have sent her a form asking about my salary, savings and stocks/shares. I have 10k in stocks due to a program with my company. I'm just wondering if they will ask for us to repay the JSB payments she was given last year if they find out about my stocks.

OP if your wife was moved to JSB from PUP that has now run out and she's applying for JSA which is means tested, There will be no repayment of JSB as that was awarded automatically based on her contributions & not means tested.
