Is Dublin the only location for good/comprehensive clothes shopping?

Stores that come to mind are, Next, River Island, Zara, TK Maxx. Perhaps Brown Thomas and Arnott's? Anything else? ....... Many of these stores can be found in other smaller and less commercial towns however (save for the latter two). Can good comprehensive clothes shopping be done outside of Dublin that being the case?…
