One thing about this clown is how well the school and parents are handling the situation and giving him no oxygen for the media to latch on too, he is standing there and has received no abuse from parents, how many people would put up with this outside their school gates every day, just shows what a sad act he is and the father no better, just to stand there during school hours and drive back and forward to mayo each day and the reality of not working in that school or any other school in Ireland. The clowns future looks so bleak and the sad part he can’t see beyond Mammies madness,

No. He verbally assaulted the head teacher at an event. That alone should have been grounds for termination. The student at the centre of this whole thing wasn't even in a class Burke taught.

This whole thing is entirely of his own making. The board has already found against him, it is now just his appeal that is holding things up. Him refusing to obey a court direction led to him being imprisoned. Turning up to the school again, is once again his own making and could well result him being sent back into prison.

Hypothetically, if he won since the relationship between Burke and the school had broken down so badly the WRC or whoever couldn’t recommend reinstatement to his teaching position. They would order the payment of compensation instead. Again hypothetically. He hasn’t a snowball’s chance in Hell. He’s just stringing all this out for publicity. Once the General Election is called in a few weeks the Burkes be out harassing and abusing politicians and Wilson’s will have some peace.

If by some miracle that did happen, the amount of compensation should be a small percentage of the school's legal fees, minus the cost of his salary paid from the time he obstructed the DAP from taking place in July 2023.

Actually he could. The WRC will make a decision solely based on procedure. If they find against him it will they go to the High Court.

He is still being paid a teachers salary, Ammi got a pay out, and they don’t pay for legal advice obviously. The Barrister does grinds and appears from reviews to be a good Law tutor. Some family members may well be receiving social welfare payments. Apart from the recent Facebook payment revelations, petrol costs going up to WH and whatever they spend on food, I don’t get the sense they live extravagant lives.

Contempt of Court is applied differently in this case as he has been twice released without the need to purge his contempt.

So now if you sit in prison long enough, the contempt of court is eroded without the need to tell the judge you won’t do it again……and what does Enoch do ?………he goes back to the school which was the reason he was found in contempt of court in the first place.

I’m not sure that is the way it works, if you are sent to jail for burglary, just because you commit another burglary does not mean the law is applied differently to you the next time you are in front of the judge. The judge used his discretion to release Burke while the school was closed to students, it showed empathy and no doubt the hope was that Burke would use the time to reflect on his decisions. Obviously it hasn’t had the desired effect (or maybe it has, to show common sense will not prevail) and no doubt, the same consideration of the law will be applied to return him to his digs. I suspect the Judge had also hoped that WH would have got their act together and convened the appeal hearing, thus ending any excuse Burke could use, that he is still in paid employment at WH.

Looking at a video of Mrs Burke and Josiah outside a CAHMS building on facebook taken by an unseen third person, it seems she has run a tuition centre in Castlebar for over 25 years. It seems she and Josiah have the same thoughts on transgenderism as they believe [according to the wording of the script provided with their video] that the CAHMS logo is the LGBT flag which is promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender ideology. They claim that affirmation to transgenderism is a requirement if one wants to adopt children. Christian belief is not tolerated.

If one is to take the script with the video into account as a true read on the thinking of Mrs Burke and Josiah it seems likely that Enoch learned not only to read and write at Mum's schooling but his view on transgenderism as well, whatever about the views on other aspects of Irish social life that, according to the video script, Mrs Burke and Josiah hold. An education like that over his childhood would take some Damascus Road conversion to get over. Ditto for his siblings.
