Car Insurance after disqualification

Hi all I got banned for no insurance 4 years ago I then applied for early restoration after 3 years which court has granted me and allowed me to drive back , my question is if I need to declare it to insurance company or this is considered as spent conviction and I don’t need to declare ? thanks everyone

Afaik it's not 'spent' until seven years from the beginning of the sentence, so you've to declare until then. After that a single motoring conviction is considered under spent convictions, you won't have to declare going forward
