Shower control buttons / levers

    Hi I have a shower with dual control buttons levers.One is the on /off control and one is the hot / cold control.The threads have gone on both controls and they need to be replaced.Is it possible to buy these controls on their own or will the whole panel have to be replaced ? I cant seem to find them on sale individually anywhere.
