Intel 12th/13th Gen Anti-Bending Buckle - Still needed ?

The likes of the Thermalright Intel 12th/13th Gen Anti-Bending Buckle , is that still needed in the newer 13th gen and z790 boards ? Or has that issue been fixed ? And would the Anti-Bending Buckle work with the likes of an iCue h100i ?

I don't think there is any difference in the mounting between the 12th and 13th gen so it's not needed for either and just a nice to have for both. I haven't heard about any problems with cooler compatibility with them.
