What download speed should you have on 4G with a small plus on a mobile phone mobile internet not wifi And do some shops block it.in an MNS yesterday less than one meg Thanks

It totally depends on your location. The mast you are connected to might be congested, there could be interference, connected on a slower 4g band. There are a lot of factors in play. You could go a few KM down the road and get get completely different results.
