Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

MONEY LEFT IN ATM

    Hi, over Christmas i withdrew 100 EUR from ATM. Stupidly i had walked away & forgot to take the money. This happened in store & i was still in the store when i realised but when i went back to the machine it had gone back into the ATM. This was on 29th December. When i check my ATM transactions on my account it is showing as 3 ATM withdrawals on 29th December. I do not see the adjustment for the money that was left in the machine. Can you advise?

    ATMs usually pull the cash back in if it’s not collected after a set time and will record the error.

    It happened to me with an AIB account and it took several days but it did come back. Definitely contact the bank though and let them know where it happened so they can chase it up.
