Ireland, cricket and weather, it's a hopeless combination! India would have got the runs easy, McCarthy and Campher made the score look reasonably decent but way short at the same time. Sunday's weather looks a bit more promising.

India win by 2 runs DLS which makes our performance look decent. The supporters got to see plenty of action today compared to what was forecast

Where would we be without him so hate to be critical but Campher needs to put away the scoop shot or else get a lot better playing it. Missed so many attempts today.

Bigger picture looking ahead to the world cup, it was great to see Bumrah back. Rugby is losing so many good players out of their World Cup while cricket is gaining them back, Stokes, Bumrah and Williamson might make it too.

Second last over of the day bowled by Little went for 12… shame, especially the last ball that was hit for 6… a half tracker almost…. Would have been nice to claim the scalp of India, DLS or not. Should have.

bad day again for Josh Little, so far anyway.. costing 48 from 4 overs, no wickets…. Economy rate of 12.0. His attitude seems to be.. “ if plan A isn’t working, I’ll stick with plan A ! “ 😵‍💫

he is only 23 but he’s played 90 limited overs internationals…so I’m not sure inexperience can be proffered as a reason.
