Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mercedes Benz Subframe Follow on Issue

Advice needed please. I had to bring my 2010 E Class in to MSL for the subframe issue in November 2022. It went in driving fine. I went to collect it today (13 Jan 2023) and the back of the car was down (back air bags). I was reluctant to drive it away. MSL are not being helpful in any way and are telling me it will be an expensive job to repair. They estimate that the compressor is gone and that’s on me. I don’t think this is right because when it went on it was fine, but now I can’t drive it. I had to order a taxi (50€) to get home. Anyone have any advice about what I can do to resolve this without incurring a large bill?

Did they not mention this when you were picking it up?
