New houses built on The Glen, Oldtown Mill, Celbridge?

    Hey all,

    Just wondering if anyone knows what is happening with the last of the houses built on the road called 'The Glen' in Oldtown Mill. They are completely different to the existing houses so probably a different developer. Any prices available? They started being built over a year ago and there doesn't seem to be any sign of them being finished. Will they be for private sale or will the council buy them for social housing?

    Any info appreciated thanks!

    After not seeing them being advertised or any prices after being finished a few months now I finally found out what is happening with these 10 - 15 houses😨 They are NOT for sale, instead a company called MD Property is renting them out for €2800 p/m! Shocking stuff considering we are in a housing crisis right now!

    The crises is the exact reason they feel they can charge that level of rent. You'd want to be clearing 6k a month (Which is 100k gross a year) to cover that and live comfortably IMO
