Wonder will Tipperary interview anymore

Tipp is nearly the same oom since beginning of last June, must be freeze on hiring in Tipperary at moment, considering every other county in munster is way higher in oom and Tipp is one of the biggest counties in terms of how many people are employed in the civil service. Something not adding up
