How long from bank valuation to full bank loan offer?

Just wondering how long roughly it should take from a bank valuation to a full loan offer to allow purchasers to sign contracts? Valuation was done just before Christmas holidays, survey done early December. Just wondering at what point can I chase up to get them to sign! Thank you.
