Small dogs trains & Taxis advice

    Reading an old thread but wondering what it is like to travel Cork to Dublin with a small well behaved dog on train on owners lap & then getting a taxi to and from station to vet surgery & back again for return journey. Do I run the risk of getting to Dublin & taxi refusing to accept small dog?
