DPS refund

I had to get medication from two different pharmacies and so I paid the 80euro twice.They gave me a refund form but did not remind me to keep the receipt and so I may not have it.

Can I still get my refund ?

The chemist should be able to print another receipt for you.

Will I need both receipts? (there were two pharmacies and both times I think there were other items on the receipt so that the amount was over 80euros)

The first pharmacy is much closer to home

Would it be OK to just show their receipt(I will probably need to ask them for a reprint as well)?

If it's a prescription, then that is a specific receipt which they can print for tax etc. purposes. Yes, you would need both, to claim the full amount.

Wondering now how soon I need to get the Dpsr1 form in now.Must January's form be in by the end of the month ,?Do they give you a few weeks to make the claim?

Can anyone tell me how I can find the dps card number that is asked for on the refund form?

It seems to be 6digits followed by 2 letters.

I have logged into my dps online account and don't see it there and no card has come in the post yet
