Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The perpetrator was the partner of the victim's mother, who left the house to him in her will but was unaware of the abuse and developed dementia after she made the will and has since died. The perpetrator got a suspended sentence for abusing the victim and her daughter but was jailed in a separate abuse case and has served the sentence.

I know this is a property dispute but, surely, the law doesn't mean that the judge had to disregard what the abuser did to the victim, does it?
