Can you identify this? Help me find a missing watch!

I am trying locate a missing watch, and having scoured facebook photos relating to where I think it might be, I found the image below. I think it's what I am looking for, but just in case I am seeing things that merely confirm my worries, I thought I'd ask impartial observers here.

a) what colour is the face on this watch?

and I know this might be a stretch given the quality/size/angle of the photo, but...

b) anyone care to hazard a guess as to make and model?

The watch I am looking for is a 1970's ladies Cartier Tank with a black face.

edited to remove the dirty laundry, got it off my chest now!

Have since confirmed with the wearer in the photograph, that the watch is indeed a ladies Cartier Tank with a black dial.

The reason for my confusion was that the person in question claimed their Cartier Tank had a white dial.

But she has since clarified that with the explanation, "I forgot what colour the dial on my Cartier watch was, I never really noticed what colour it was...."

They're smoking the good stuff if they think it's worth that. Though on Chrono24 there's a lot of the good stuff going around. Always was, but over the last five years more are smoking it.
