Have just recently sold a house in the UK after moving back to Ireland last year. Transfermate or Transferwise.
Hard to see where sterling will go. Its quite bad at the moment.

If its a large amount you can request a dealer rate from your bank. AIB will drop to 0.25% off mid market if you are good at negotiating
