Does BIK income also qualify for the max AVC

So if i earn X but get medical insurance of 3K paid for by emplyoee, does my income become X + 3K. So my pension tax free contribution can now be 25% of (X + 3k) correct?

Yes it does I think. I remember somebody including a co. car in calculations.
