Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, I set up the above account a while back.How do I increase the monthly amount as I can't seem to see an option anywhere Thanks

    You can certainly request to change the amount of the direct debit payment for your Goalsaver account by contacting our customer service desk directly.

    If you log into your BOI Mobile App and select 'Services' - 'Send us a message' or you can call 0818365365 and one of my colleagues would be happy to assist you further.
