If a migrant arrived in JFK airport New York having destroyed their documentation and passport, do you think the US authorities would actually let them in, put them up in accomodation, sort them out with food and money without any security checks? No.

They would be put back on the next available plane and the expectation would be the airline that brought them there would pay for the return flight.

People here are genuinely baffled that Ireland allow this carry on with EU legiaslation enforcing it.

Maybe Brussels and the Fine Gael EU sycophants are the problem here, enforcing something that is quite clearly wrong and unconstitutional.

Rule 1: When you travel to Ireland, you need visa documentation if outside the EU and a passport.

Rule 2: If you are coming from the EU or UK, you need a passport and should have applied for refugee status in the EU country you flew from.
