Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yet another Freenow price hike.

    Just wanted to give you a heads up re Freenow's latest price hike which seems to have gone under the radar. They're increasing their " technology fee" to between €3 and €10 on pre-booked jobs. The fee is €3 for a saloon car and €10 for an eight seater.

    This charge is in addition to the €2 call out charge but unlike that none of this goes to the driver.

    The good news is that it's easy to avoid paying this rip off charge. Just use any of the other taxi companies. Freenow are currently the only Taxi company applying a " technology fee".
