Vodafone - Cheap Nokia is it sim locked ?

I want to buy a cheap Nokia 6310 from Vodafone site, just as a reminiscent of the old days. However I am not a Vodafone customer, but wondering if they are SIM locked too ? They seem to be sold out on Nokia's site for a while + is slightly cheaper on Vodafone's site.
