Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Breaking Red Lights

During lockdown a new trend emerged where it suddenly became common practice for a sizeable minority to sail through red lights at road junctions. I assume that this was due to the greatly reduced traffic volumes on the roads & the assumption by some that they now had carte Blanche to drive as they pleased. The practice has now reached epidemic proportions (in Cork anyway) to the point where you now expect cars to break the red for up to 10-15 seconds after you get your green. Methinks that a few unmarked Garda cars are needed to specifically watch for this before a serious incident happens.

They need to give the green light 3 seconds before the other one goes red.

That would soon put a halt to it.
