Cost m2 for 10mm SMA

Looking to get a yard/driveway surfaced. There is approx 500m2. It's currently in compacted stone base, but the contractor will have to get their own levels for gullies and drains. What price should this be coming into per m2? Does this quote cover perparation work and labour - or just the price of the laid surface? Thanks.
