Travel to Ireland with passport expiring on 17 july 2023

Hi All,

My passport expires on 17th July 2023 , I have a valid visa until sep 2024 , I am currently outside of Ireland. Can I travel to Ireland, I see it’s until 3 months online but couldn’t find something concrete

Can you apply for a new passport from your country and explain to them you need your current passport for travel?

Depends on the visa type and are you resident in Ireland, or visiting as a tourist...

And where you'll be travelling from. OP may not be allowed to check-in if the departing country or airline has a rule about time remaining on your passport.
