Winter qualifying scores

    Just wondering if any of your clubs have winter qualifying scores? Mine is running 9 hole qualifiers which are not the easiest to score on when that's your only 9 holes of the week. Just think it's funny because before WHS they would've been stopped at the start of November and in my case anyway my index is going to end up about 3 shots higher if things don't change!

    9 hole links course here. Last winter we had qualifying scores, mats on fairways, play as it lies in the rough.

    This year, same conditions, but non qualifying. Thankfully. I treat the 9 hole winter golf on Saturday as a good stroll, chat and play for the 2euro. And pint in the bar after. I'm not interested in the handicap one way or another in Winter.
