I am trying to download the An Post money app. Previously it worked fine. However when it prompts me to enter my date of birth, there is a blank space where the DOB boxes should be.
I have called through to the helpline and a very attentive agent talked me through the process. She went through everything before eventually admitted she would have to send it to IT as she had never had this issue before.
I am using an Iphone SE, I have tried mobile data and wifi to succeed but to no success.
Just wondering if anyone else has had such a problem and how they resolved it.
