Rowing machine

    Hi, I was walking for exercise but started getting joint pain, knees etc. Was thinking of getting a rowing machine. What model would you recommend that won't break the bank. TIA

    Will cost about a grand but to be honest, you could probably sell it for 800 even after 4 years

    You can get a Waterrower and put smartrow on it. It produces figures comparable to the Concept 2 and the app works really well. It is maybe not as good as the concept 2 but it is very convenient to store, is pretty quiet and looks like a nice if quirky piece of furniture. Not any cheaper than the concept 2 though. There are second hand ones around but you will need to add the smartrow to get a really great product.
