Buying a house in dublin

Hi there, first time buyer here in Ireland , we live in Clongriffin area, but we are thinking about buying a house elsewhere. our idea will be to leave Ireland in few years, but which area do you think it make sense to invest in a house this time? Keeping in mind it will be sellable in the future? Thanks a lot
