Vodafone gigabox firmware

Vodafone just updated the firmware on their gigabox and stuff like wifi has been locked out unless you put a cryptic password and extra long SSID. This does not suit my setup so I called customer care and asked could I downgrade the firmware and she said it was impossible. Any old firmware for this box out there and has…
