Sea Swimming Water Reaction

For the past few summers, when I swim in the sea I get a hive like rash all over, once resulting in me passing out after a big dizzy spell. I am look for other who have experienced the to perhaps find out what it actually is and how to maybe reduce the reaction somewhat! Thank you.

Not much help but I read something online recently about someone in Ireland who was diagnosed with a rare disorder with very similar symptoms - very limited steer I can give you but you might find something searching
