Filing a late trading loss for 2021

I sold 2 ETFs at a small loss in 2021 but I have not filed this loss with Revenue. Is there a fine if I submit this loss through MyAccount? Is this loss entered in the 'Trading Profit' section of Other Income? Thanks

Disposals are subject to Capital Taxes, not income tax
IIRC you have a rolling 4 year period to do such returns long as you meet the criteria
